Former quarterback Gus Ragland, fresh off a successful senior year in college, is slated to join Brian Kelly’s staff.According to Mike Dyer of WCPO, Ragland revealed that he will be joining the team as an offensive analyst this coming year. Ragland was a three-year starter at Miami University of Ohio, throwing for over 6,000 yards and 56 touchdowns to only 13 interceptions for the RedHawks.Ragland has prior experience with Notre Dame as an opponent, having led Miami against the Fighting Irish in a losing effort back in 2017. He had a respectable 262 passing yards and two touchdowns in the game, but the defense was overwhelmed as Notre Dame torched them in a 52-17 blowout.He leaves Miami as a top ten quarterback in most statistical categories. His 56 touchdowns are third in school history.last_img
