Segal represents Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick. Carroll and Bush met with four agents while Bush met with three others separately. Bush will formally announce he is going pro by the end of the week. Offensive tackle Winston Justice reiterated Tuesday that he would pro but will not make a formal announcement until the end of the week. The deadline to declare for the draft is Sunday. “I already made my decision, but I’ll announce it around Sunday or sometime before (the deadline),” Justice said. “I think I’m making an informed decision. I feel at ease. Everybody’s on board.” Justice met with Carroll and athletic director Mike Garrett on Tuesday. Asked if he would change his mind before the deadline, Justice said, “no.” Carroll also met with safety Darnell Bing, who remains up in the air about his decision. Sources said Bing is trying to get a clear answer about his draft status. The NFL informed Bing he would be considered a second-to-third round draft pick, but Bing would like assurances he could work his way into the first round. Also: Freshman defensive tackle Walker Lee Ashley was officially cleared by the NCAA and USC on Tuesday, making him eligible to compete in spring practice. Tailback Michael Coleman will undergo hip surgery today. His status for spring practice is uncertain. USC tailback LenDale White selected an agent Tuesday, another step toward declaring himself for the NFL draft, according to sources. White, who was not in Los Angeles, still has not formally announced he is going pro. But sources said he selected agent Eugene Parker, who represents Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, New York Jets tailback Curtis Martin and former Dallas Cowboys tailback Emmitt Smith.
